These Terms must be read, understood, and agreed to by every corporate client, authorized user, administrator, or representative before accessing the portal or initiating any service request through API credentials issued by apipartner.
By accessing the portal, creating an account, submitting KYC information, using API credentials, viewing reports, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the portal or services.

Users may not copy, distribute, exchange, modify, sell, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any portal content except as required to use the services in accordance with these Terms.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, apipartner grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the portal for approved business purposes. Access to restricted areas is available only to approved corporate accounts and authorized users.
All platform content, software, documentation, designs, logos, service names, API references, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users. Users may not use apipartner marks, platform content, documentation, or service references in any unauthorized manner.
The portal and services are available only to legal entities, businesses, and authorized representatives who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. By using the platform, you confirm that you have authority to act for the corporate account and that you have not been suspended, restricted, or removed from the services.
Corporate signup does not guarantee approval or activation. apipartner may require company information, contact details, PAN, GST details, authorized signatory information, business documents, bank proof, and other documents required for onboarding, compliance, risk review, or service activation.
apipartner may approve, reject, suspend, deactivate, or request additional information for any account at its discretion, subject to applicable law, compliance requirements, partner requirements, risk controls, or internal policy. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted are true, complete, current, and lawful.
API credentials issued to a corporate account are confidential and must be used only by authorized systems and personnel. Users are responsible for protecting client IDs, API keys, secrets, webhook endpoints, IP whitelists, credentials, and integration details.
Unauthorized sharing, resale, transfer, exposure, scraping, automated abuse, credential misuse, or use outside approved business scope may result in immediate suspension or termination. apipartner may rotate, disable, limit, or revoke credentials where required for security, risk, compliance, or operational reasons.
Users must not use robots, spiders, scraping tools, unauthorized automated processes, or manual processes to copy, monitor, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform, APIs, website, documentation, or connected systems. Users must not take any action that imposes unreasonable load on infrastructure or attempts to bypass controls, rate limits, authentication, or security checks.
Internet transmissions and electronic systems are not completely private or secure. Users must ensure that credentials, devices, systems, API integrations, and access channels are protected. apipartner implements reasonable safeguards but does not guarantee that unauthorized access, transmission failure, system interruption, or security incidents can never occur.
apipartner provides access to API-enabled services and portal reporting for approved corporate clients. Services may include BBPS bill payment APIs, recharge APIs, SMS APIs, WhatsApp APIs, FASTag APIs, bus booking APIs, flight booking APIs, KYC APIs, plans APIs, number lookup APIs, wallet records, ledger entries, commission reporting, invoice access, transaction monitoring, and API documentation.
The portal itself is for onboarding, monitoring, reporting, documentation, account control, and administration. Manual execution of transactions through the portal interface is not part of the intended service scope unless separately enabled in writing.
For BBPS and other bill payment services, users must provide accurate biller, customer, amount, reference, and account details. Incorrect, incomplete, outdated, duplicate, or mismatched information may result in failed, pending, rejected, delayed, or incorrect transactions.
apipartner is not responsible for failures or delays caused by billers, banks, NPCI, payment networks, service providers, incorrect user input, insufficient balance, settlement issues, regulatory restrictions, downtime, or causes beyond reasonable control. Fees, limits, settlement timelines, reversals, and refunds may depend on biller, network, bank, partner, and regulatory rules.
apipartner facilitates recharge and FASTag services through service providers, operators, issuers, aggregators, and networks. apipartner does not provide telecom, DTH, data card, or toll issuing services directly and is not a guarantor of operator or issuer performance.
Users are responsible for verifying mobile numbers, customer identifiers, operator, circle, plan, amount, vehicle or FASTag details, and other required information before initiating requests. Any dispute relating to service validity, plan benefits, operator response, recharge success, FASTag issuer status, or service quality may depend on the concerned provider's rules and records.
Messaging services may be subject to telecom regulations, template approvals, sender ID rules, WhatsApp policies, anti-spam requirements, consent requirements, delivery constraints, and provider terms. Users are responsible for ensuring that message content, recipients, templates, consent records, and usage comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
apipartner may reject, block, throttle, suspend, or report messaging activity that appears unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unsolicited, misleading, or non-compliant.
apipartner acts as a facilitator for travel booking APIs through third-party providers, operators, airlines, aggregators, or travel partners. apipartner does not own, operate, manage, or control buses, airlines, routes, seats, fares, schedules, boarding points, cancellation policies, baggage rules, or travel services.
All bookings are subject to availability and provider-specific terms. apipartner is not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, fare changes, denied boarding, route changes, overbooking, service disruption, provider failure, or other issues caused by the travel provider, airline, operator, aggregator, passenger input, or force majeure event.
KYC, plans, number lookup, operator lookup, circle lookup, and related verification or utility APIs depend on data sources, service providers, network availability, regulatory rules, and user input. Results may be informational, provider-dependent, or subject to validation by the relevant authority or service provider.
Users must not use lookup or KYC services for unlawful profiling, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, spam, fraud, identity misuse, or any purpose prohibited by law or partner terms.
Wallet balances, ledger entries, invoices, commissions, settlement records, and reports displayed in the portal are operational records. Users should reconcile them with official statements, settlement records, invoices, partner reports, and accounting systems where required.
apipartner may adjust records to correct errors, reversals, refunds, chargebacks, settlement differences, provider updates, duplicate entries, or reconciliation issues. Credit limits, wallet access, service availability, and transaction limits may be modified or suspended based on risk, compliance, payment status, or commercial terms.
Users agree to use the portal and services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, these Terms, API documentation, partner rules, and written instructions issued by apipartner.
Users must ensure that account information, KYC details, beneficiary details, customer identifiers, transaction data, API payloads, webhook details, and support information are accurate and complete. Users are responsible for all actions performed through their accounts, users, credentials, APIs, systems, and authorized representatives.
Users must not initiate speculative, fraudulent, duplicate, unauthorized, misleading, illegal, abusive, high-risk, or non-compliant requests. If a transaction status is unclear, users should check transaction status or contact support before retrying to avoid duplicate transactions.
apipartner may charge setup fees, service fees, transaction charges, gateway charges, wallet charges, API charges, subscription fees, taxes, or other applicable fees as agreed with the corporate client or displayed through applicable commercial documents. Charges may vary by service, provider, plan, volume, settlement cycle, or account configuration.
Once a transaction is initiated, it may be irreversible depending on the service provider, biller, operator, bank, network, travel provider, messaging provider, verification provider, or aggregator rules. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or adjustments, where applicable, will be processed according to provider confirmation, applicable laws, and apipartner policies.
Transactions that fail for reasons directly attributable to apipartner and for which apipartner receives corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, bank, service provider, or aggregator may be refunded or adjusted to the applicable wallet or original source, subject to reconciliation. Refund timelines may vary and may take 7 to 21 working days or longer depending on provider, bank, or network processing.
Only the eligible transaction amount may be refunded. Payment gateway charges, service charges, convenience fees, taxes, penalties, provider charges, and other non-refundable charges may be excluded unless required by law or expressly approved by apipartner.
apipartner may update these Terms, service features, pricing, limits, documentation, APIs, security requirements, service availability, or operational policies from time to time. Changes may become effective when published, communicated, or otherwise made available. Continued use of the portal or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The platform may include links, integrations, redirects, documentation, or services provided by third parties. Such third-party services may have their own terms, policies, pricing, restrictions, and privacy practices. apipartner is not responsible for third-party content, service quality, downtime, pricing, policies, acts, omissions, or failures.
apipartner shall not be liable for delay, failure, interruption, non-performance, or loss caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, strikes, labor issues, telecom or internet failure, power failure, cyber incidents, government action, regulatory direction, banking or network downtime, NPCI/RBI/authority action, partner outage, or other similar events.
The platform, APIs, documentation, reports, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apipartner does not warrant that the platform or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from delays, secure from every possible threat, or always available. apipartner may perform maintenance, upgrades, security actions, or operational changes that may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, apipartner, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, vendors, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or business loss damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, service availability, or anticipated savings.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the maximum aggregate liability of apipartner for any claim shall be limited to the value of the affected transaction or Rs. 500, whichever is lower, unless a different limit is expressly agreed in writing with the corporate client.
Users and corporate clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless apipartner, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, vendors, and partners from claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs, expenses, liabilities, or proceedings arising from or relating to breach of these Terms, violation of law, misuse of credentials, incorrect information, fraud, negligence, unauthorized transactions, customer disputes, regulatory penalties, partner claims, or misuse of services.
apipartner may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate access to the portal, APIs, wallet, credentials, documentation, or services with or without prior notice where required for security, compliance, risk, non-payment, misuse, fraud suspicion, legal requirement, partner restriction, operational issue, or breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between apipartner and any user or corporate client. No party has authority to bind the other except as expressly agreed in writing.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution clause, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, unless another jurisdiction is mandatorily applicable under law or separately agreed in writing.
Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law. The arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
